Step 1: make beaded dangles and chain tassel
Firstly, slide a 4mm glass bead onto a headpin, and cut off the extra part, then make a simple loop.
Secondly, make another nine same beaded dangles with the same steps.
Thirdly, cut off the brass chain and prepare 10 pieces of chain about 8cm.
Fourthly, take out a gold jump ring and attach the ten tassels onto the ring. Then add ten glass beaded dangles on the bottoms of the tassel respectively.
Step 2: finish this tassel earrings making
Firstly, slide a rhinestone bead onto a headpin, and cut off the extra part then make a loop.
